Enable Add to DintFeed Safari extension
Launch DintFeed v1.3 first, go to Safari Preferences -> Extensions tab, and enable Add to DintFeed:

With Add to DintFeed extension enabled, after a webpage loaded in Safari, you could click feed plus icon on Safari toolbar to check feeds in the page.
